Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your beautiful footwear arrives safely.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Please note: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Our Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love every pair from Slip & Stride. If you need to return or exchange, here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Important Hygiene Notice:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on flat sandals and slingbacks that have been tried on without protective footwear covers. These items must be in completely unworn condition to qualify for return.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Complete the return request form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship your return to our Seattle address using a trackable method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Additional Information

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
