Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving in 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally from our Seattle headquarters with some exceptions. Currently we cannot deliver to:
  • Certain Asian countries (due to customs restrictions)
  • Remote locations
Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive:

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Please note:
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
